How far is the ranch from Round Top?+
Seven miles from the Round Top square — about a 10-minute drive — and eleven miles from Giddings. During Antique Week, that puts you closer than almost any hotel.
What are check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Need flexibility? Ask — if the calendar allows, we'll work with you.
Do rates change during Antique Week?+
Yes. Festival pricing and minimum-night stays apply during March–April and September–October, covering Round Top Antique Week, the Warrenton Shows, Marburger Farm, and major holiday weekends. A 6.8% hotel occupancy tax applies to all reservations.
Can I book directly?+

Do you have RV sites?+
They're coming — 4 to 5 full-hookup sites. Join our email list for first notice when they open, or contact us about longer dealer stays during the shows.
Is the ranch good for kids?+
Wonderful for them — rock collecting, catch-and-release fishing, wildlife everywhere, and room to run. Just keep an eye on little ones near the pond.
