Festival Hill — the home of the Round Top Festival Institute — is one of Texas's genuine cultural treasures: an acoustically superb concert hall set on 210 acres of gardens, ruins, and restored historic buildings. It hosts an acclaimed classical music program, anchored by the summer festival, plus concerts and events much of the year.
Even outside concert dates, the grounds are open to wander — limestone terraces, follies, and herb gardens that feel transported from another century. It's a quiet, soul-restoring counterpoint to the antique crowds.
